I was lucky enough to have five reflexology sessions with Bernie, and I can honestly say each one was exceptional. Her caring and intuitive approach made every session feel completely bespoke and tailored to my needs. She told me what she had found out by working on my feet which was good to know. One of the standout elements was the tai foot massage—deeper and firmer than I was used to, yet I still fell asleep! Bernie has a calming effect which complements the experience.
